Ensure you book direct with the property, through this website or, on clearly identifying the property, your favourite Travel Agents or website. On booking Sands Turtle Beach Resort or Sands Mediterranean Resort you are entitled to not only make use of all the outstanding facilities, but also any of the services provided by Sands Management to its guests. At Sands Turtle Beach Resort these services include tennis court equipment hire, mini golf equipment hire, tour booking services and food and beverages services (including Woodfire Pizzeria and Bar and Rainforest Café). At both properties these services also include access to the "movies on demand" system, free to air Austar and the phone system. Management services are also onsite to assist with key access, special requirements and the provision of reception, maintenance and housekeeping services. Take great care should you choose an external booking provider. Whilst these external booking providers may represent that you are booking through them all the above mentioned services would be available to you, unfortunately, this is not the case.
